Customer Success Representative
JOB SUMMARY
Are you a people-person with a knack for building meaningful relationships? Join this wonderful nonprofit organization as a Customer Success Representative and become the trusted guide for customers! In this role, you'll cultivate loyal customer advocates by offering exceptional support, promoting product engagement, and ensuring their success at every step. This is a temp to hire position, M-F 8:00am-4:30pm, onsite in the Greenfield area. Pay rate is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Host engaging kickoff calls to set the stage for success.
- Provide tools, training, and support to help customers hit the ground running.
- Track milestones and ensure a smooth transition from setup to full activation.
- Partner with customers to define their goals and create a personalized success roadmap.
- Show them how to unlock the full potential of our products.
- Use data and insights to bridge gaps and celebrate wins.
- Stay ahead of renewal dates with proactive outreach and support.
- Gather feedback to ensure customers feel heard and valued.
- Collaborate with sales and other teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce them to new solutions.
- Highlight success stories through testimonials and case studies.
- Monitor customer health metrics and track performance against goals.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance the customer journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant training in sales, service, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Google Docs.
